Website Development Frequently Asked Questions

  • What do you need from me to get started?

We will need your input on what you're after and what you like. We will also need a high resolution (preferably vector) version of your logo if you have one. You can find a list of the most common questions we ask by viewing our application form.
  • How long will the project take?

We will work as quickly as possible to deliver a high-quality website within the timeframe we agree upon. The quickest we can make a small website is 2-3 days, but most websites take several weeks before they are entirely finished. Huge projects can take months or maybe even years to complete, so please discuss your requirements with us prior to starting the project. This will allow us to confirm upfront if we can meet your expectations.
  • What is included in your price?

Our pricing includes the design and development of your website, as well as hosting and server administration for a year. Additionally, any services specifically outlined in your chosen package are also included. However, please note that stock images and licensed fonts are not included and must be purchased separately if desired. We have access to high-quality, royalty-free image libraries; and we are also partnered with a professional photographer.
  • Will my website be compatible with all browsers?

Our testing process includes ensuring that the website works properly on current versions of major desktop browsers. If you require compatibility with older browser versions, please let us know before the start of the project, as this will be an additional service. It's worth noting that most individuals and organisations use updated browsers for security reasons, and it's less common to encounter issues with outdated browsers, except in specific cases such as corporate policies.
  • Will I own the rights to the website?

You sure will. Once your website is complete and you have paid us in full, we will assign intellectual property rights to you according to our contract together.
  • How do you handle changes and revisions during the website development process?

We understand that the design and development process may require adjustments and revisions. We allow for a certain number of revisions within the scope of the project, and we will work with you to make sure that the final product meets your expectations. If additional revisions are needed, we will provide an estimate for the additional time and costs.
  • How do you handle changes and revisions after the website is complete?

Our team will be happy to help with any updates you need, and we offer a variety of maintenance and support options to fit your specific needs. If you choose to make changes on your own, we will provide you with access to the necessary tools or login credentials. However, please note that any changes made outside of our maintenance and support packages may incur additional charges.
  • Do you use a Content Management System such as Wordpress or Drupal?

While our standard packages do not include the use of a Content Management System (CMS), we do offer this option upon request. A CMS can make it easier for you to manage your website's content on your own, depending on your technical knowledge. If you are interested in this feature, we will work with you to determine which CMS is best suited for your project, taking into consideration factors such as scalability, security, and ease of use.
